About Lilly Jane's Cupcakes

Lilly Jane's Cupcakes was founded in 2006 by Kerri Dunn. After seeing how much fun and happiness cupcakes brought to people in larger cities such as Los Angeles and New York, Kerri decided to open a cupcake bakery in Eagle, Idaho.

Lilly Jane's Cupcakes is named after Kerri's two grandmothers, Lillie Russell and Phyllis Jayne LeValley. As a young girl Kerri enjoyed spending many hours with her grandmothers learning how to bake and cook. Before pursuing her love of baking specialty deserts, Kerri was a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in the care of patients with cancer.

In May of 2009, Scott and Conni Poulson bought Lilly Jane's Cupcakes and have owned it since. While keeping the original recipes unchanged, Scott and Conni continually strive to improve the quality and consistency of their cupcakes in order to please their customers.

One exciting addition to Lilly Jane's is Conni's custom sugar cookies. Conni's cookies are not only cute, but they are delicious and can be made to look like just about any design.
